For almost 20 years, David has been a practitioner of marketing data analytics, and he continues to seek council from data to strategically guide critical business decisions. Over the last two decades, David has had the opportunity to lead top global brands to fully leverage data analytics in a variety of capacities. Early on in his career, as part of the LoyaltyOne – AIR MILES Reward Program, David led the identification of loyalty CRM insights for large Canadian brands such as BMO Bank of Montreal, LCBO and Metro. He then went on to shape and grow analytics practices at top direct marketing and digital agencies, including Wunderman and Klick Health; This included consulting engagements on CRM analytics for global brands like Microsoft, Ford, Sony Rewards and Pfizer, impacting how they fundamentally market to customers by leveraging more advanced data-driven decision making.
In 2012, David founded Massive Insights Inc. with his business partner, Clarence Chow. Their vision was to create a unique, specialized firm that offers professional data, analytics and consulting services to help organizations gain measurable improvements in marketing and ultimately to reach their full analytics potential. David and his talented team of experts pride themselves on linking data-driven analytic insights into tangible, measurable results by deeply understanding the strategic goals of their clients.
Since starting the company, David and the Massive Insights’ team have successfully complete hundreds of projects with over 40 top brands including organizations like The Home Depot, Indigo, Intuit, Mobilicity, American Express and Questrade. Leveraging a thorough understanding how client’s operate, David has been able to consistently identify where analytics can be applied immediately and then quickly translate these customer insights into meaningful business value.
